Once you place the order online, the product is expected to be delivered within 7-10 business days. In extreme situations not typically in our control - the product may take some extra time to get delivered. However, you can always track the shipment status online to know its current location and expected delivery time of your ordered product.

You can track the order by clicking the Tracking option of our delivery partner. The Tracking option will be shared with you via Email once the shipment is dispatched.

Any change in contact details is not supported for already placed order. However, you can always update contact details for placing any new order.

If your delivery address is residential society, please check with security personnel. If it is individual not gated residence, please check with neighbours. If the delivery address is commercial, please check with the front desk or security personnel. If none of these work, write to us with the order details.
